“I drove to Little Tokyo today to pick up some merchandise. I went to several locations, but I decided to spend my money in this store because the prices were pretty cheap or competitive compared to other stores. What really impressed me was that there is new management since last week, and he was very helpful and friendly in suggesting items. He also showed me that most of the items that he buys for the store are directly from Japan, which means they are legit licensed merchandise. I say 'almost' because they also have some good office supplies from Korea. I got what I wanted and went upstairs to get some ramen. Across from the store is a grocery store, so you can do hobby shopping, grocery shopping, and have lunch all in one stop! Sunday well spent lol. Owner also told me that he ordered more bunny girls if anyone of you guys are into waifu lol”

“I found this gem of a store while shopping in Little Tokyo. It had the best prices by far of any of the other stores selling similar items in Little Tokyo. You might be able to find these items cheaper online, but I prefer to shop locally and help small businesses. Kimono Ya has a great selection of Studio Ghibli, Pokémon and anime stuff. I highly recommend stopping by next time you’re in Little Tokyo.”

“I want to start off saying in other places I've been the shop keep ers usually are in the cashier area and don't really help the shoppers, but this place has great service when I walked in the shop keeper asked if I was looking for a specific anime. This is super useful for when you are looking for gifts. The merch was great too. Only thing is some things were really over priced. And I can find them on Amazon for 1/3 the price. Overall I think it was a good visit. Will go again”
